During your first visit, you will be asked about your health and lifestyle history.  To ensure coordinated and safe care, please provide a full picture of all your medical conditions, including all treatments or medications you are taking and what you do to manage your health.  After a comprehensive intake, you will experience your integrative treatment in a comfortable, spa-like room for 20-45 minutes.  The treatment will likely include a combination of acupuncture, corrective soft-tissue manual therapy, bone mobilizations (if appropriate), and recommendations for at-home exercises and lifestyle changes.

Patients experience acupuncture and bodywork treatments differently, but most feel little to no discomfort as the needles are inserted.  Some feel energized by the treatment, others feel generally relaxed.
